Delivered by certified coaches using evidence-based techniques such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Solution-Focused Coaching, we provide practical tools and strategies that encourage growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
One-to-One Sessions: Tailored to your specific needs, these sessions provide a safe, confidential space to explore your goals, develop emotional learning, and overcome obstacles.
Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy the convenience of remote coaching from the comfort of your home, with sessions offered at times that fit your busy lifestyle.
Online/Telephone - Listening Service
Our Listening Service offers a warm, supportive space for anyone who simply needs someone to talk to. Our listeners - both men and women - bring genuine lived experience, offering calm, non-judgmental support rooted in empathy and understanding. This isn’t counselling, but every member of our team holds at least a Level 3 qualification in counselling skills, along with training in safeguarding, supportive practice, and wellbeing-focused skills, so you can expect safe, skilled, and caring support.
All listeners are also enhanced DBS-checked, because creating a secure and trustworthy space matters to us.

What our Listening Service is not:
Counselling or therapy — we don’t diagnose, treat, or offer clinical interventions.
A crisis service — while some listeners are ASIST-trained, we can’t replace emergency help.
Advice-giving — we won’t tell you what to do; we’re here to help you explore your own thoughts.
A replacement for specialist mental health care — but we can signpost you to the right support when needed.
Workshops
Join our engaging workshops designed to foster growth, connection, and learning. Each workshop focuses on different themes, including emotional well-being, stress management, and personal development. Workshops can be held at your place of business or in a private space for your group.
Duration: Choose from one-day workshops or extended programs lasting up to eight weeks, tailored to fit your needs.
Interactive Learning: Participate in activities that promote active engagement and practical application of concepts.
Community Support: Connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive environment, sharing experiences and building lasting relationships.
