At Practical Progress CIC, our vision is rooted in the belief that everyone, regardless of background or circumstance, should have access to impactful services that foster personal and communal growth. We aspire to be a catalyst for positive change, providing a supportive space where individuals can thrive.

 Our journey began with founding Director Wesley Robinson, a certified NLP practitioner and coach, who recognised the demand for practical, inclusive solutions grounded in lived experience. With the dedicated support of Directors Jason Thomas and Jason Smith, Practical Progress CIC emerged as a beacon of positive change, committed to making our valuable services accessible to all. Their support and collaborative efforts contribute to the diverse perspectives that shape Practical Progress CIC's approach to creating a positive impact.

Neurodiverse Awareness: We’re proud to be led by Neuro-distinctive individuals who bring creativity, innovation, and unique perspectives to everything we do. We recognise that neurodiversity looks different for everyone, and by embracing these differences, we strengthen our community and the way we serve others. 

Instead of using broad umbrella terms, we focus on Neuro-distinctiveness — recognising the unique ways each person thinks, learns, and experiences the world. This helps us provide support that is truly individual and avoids generalisations that may leave some people feeling unseen. 

 Qualified Coaches and Practitioners with Lived Experience: Our team is composed of qualified coaches and practitioners who bring both lived and learned experiences to the table.
